Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Rana Collection, we carefully process and pack every order before dispatch. The following Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed through our website.

1. Order Processing

After you successfully place an order and the payment is received and verified, we will begin processing your order.

We generally aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours after payment confirmation and order acceptance.

Processing time may vary in certain circumstances, such as weekends, public holidays, high order volumes, product availability, or unforeseen operational issues.

2. Delivery Time

The time required for your order to reach you depends on the delivery location and the distance from our dispatch location.

Delivery may take longer for locations that are farther away or for areas where courier services require additional transit time.

The estimated delivery time, where available, will be shown during checkout or communicated with your order.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Delivery location and distance
  • Courier and logistics partner
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Transportation delays
  • Remote or difficult-to-reach locations
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any applicable shipping charges will form part of the total amount payable for your order.

4. Delivery Across India

Rana Collection aims to deliver products across India, subject to the availability of courier and logistics services for the delivery address provided by the customer.

Some remote or restricted locations may have limited delivery availability.

5. International Shipping

International delivery may be available for selected locations, subject to courier availability and applicable shipping requirements.

International orders may be subject to additional shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Any such charges, where applicable, may be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Payment Method

Rana Collection accepts online payments only.

Customers can complete their purchases using the online payment options available at checkout, which may include:

  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
  • UPI
  • Net Banking
  • Other payment methods made available through our payment gateway

Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available.

Your order will be confirmed only after successful receipt and verification of the online payment.

7. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • Full Name
  • House/Building Number
  • Street/Area
  • City
  • State
  • PIN Code
  • Valid Mobile Number

Rana Collection will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address provided by the customer.

8. Delivery Attempts

Our courier or logistics partner may make delivery attempts at the address provided during checkout.

If the recipient is unavailable, the courier partner may make additional delivery attempts or follow its standard delivery procedure.

If an order is returned to us due to repeated delivery failure, an incorrect address, or the recipient’s refusal to accept the parcel, additional shipping charges or other applicable conditions may apply.

9. Damaged Package at Delivery

Customers are advised to check the condition of the package at the time of delivery.

If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please record a clear video while opening the parcel.

A complete and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for any claim relating to a damaged, missing, or incorrect product, as stated in our Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy.

10. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery may be confirmed by the courier or logistics partner through its standard delivery confirmation process, which may include OTP verification, signature, delivery confirmation, or other applicable methods.

Once the order is successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer or to an authorized recipient at that address, the order will be considered delivered.

11. Delays

While we make every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.

Rana Collection will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural events, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

12. Important Information

Before placing your order, please ensure that:

  • Your delivery address is complete and accurate.
  • Your mobile number is correct and reachable.
  • You select the correct product before making payment.
  • You understand that delivery time depends on the delivery location and distance.
  • You understand that Cash on Delivery is not available.
  • Your order will be processed after successful online payment.
